Our Founder's Story
Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, Clinical Herbalist, Registered Iridologist, and BIE practitioner. My health journey was anything but typical. It began when I was faced with a diagnosis that turned my life upside down—Lyme Disease and chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. What felt like a battle I couldn’t win eventually became the catalyst for my healing and the foundation for my wellness practice.
